Team White (Gillian, Callum, Estelle)

Azalea watched the team as they crowded around their first clue, a pristine roll of parchment that contained a single riddle. From here onwords, they were going to have to work together to finish their treasure hunt and the witch hoped that more than putting them through their paces, it would teach them the benefit of teamwork and uniting for a single cause.

I lurk in shadows, shunning daylight,
And I give some people quite the scare,
But if you know the key to calm my nerves,
I wouldn't seem as much of a snare.

"Alright guys," the American witch called out. "Your time starts... NOW!"

Waiting until the three of them were gathered around the nice piece of parchment that contained the clue about the plant they were going to look for. She wasn't excited about having to work in a team, Gillian wasn't a people person and when her notes depended on other people she was even less thrilled about being with strangers. At least there was one good thing about the team, and it was that it wasn't that big, and there was another nightshade in it; she really hoped that the other girl would be a good addition to the team.

As soon as they read the riddle, something clicked inside Gillian's mind, but she couldn't really place what it was exactly, maybe she had read about it, or someone had said something that resembled the riddle in front of them. A few seconds later the girl cleared her throat and said barely above a whisper "I think it might be Devil's snare", it was more of a suggestion and a question that an actual statement, but the truth was that she wasn't so sure about it. Now they had to agree and start looking for said plant.

Estelle shifted and shuffled over to her group. She saw two Nightshade houses which worried her. There were no Belladonnas in her house and it made her even more on edge. After listening to the professor's instructions, Estelle waited for the clue. She hadn't been much of a riddle solver but understood some of the logic behind it. It took her a little while to break down where she could be led to.

Being on the outskirts of the forest, it was a little light. A girl next to her spoke up and Estelle found herself nodding along. "Um, well, its kinda bright here. Maybe move into the forest more?" She mumbled, keeping her eyes glued to the sheet.

She had vaguely heard of the plant and that it absolutely hated the sunlight. However, it baffled Estelle as to how you could battle the plant. If you set it on fire, perhaps it would burn out. That seemed like a likely idea for most plants. Blinking a few time, Estelle adjusted her skirt, ready to go trekking.
