Interrogation - Part Two Individual Assignment (Conner Bailey)

Conner never realized that one day he would be in the same position as like those spy movies. His back ached and his knees well..his pants weren't that important anyways. They were ripped and he felt some dull stinging, enough for him to think that he would have bruises long after this was over. He didn't like this, he didn't want to have his sense dulled, it was frightening. Despite having the blindfold across his eyes, they were still tightly closed. Also, he was starting to drool a bit, that was not a feeling he was too fond of either. He arched his back, hoping to relieve the tension.

Rolling to the side he let his body rest and he grunted in relief for only a second feeling the rest of him feel the cold floor. He rubbed his cheek against the cold floor, to keep him awake. Passing out was not an option, no matter how tired his body cried to do so. He was genuinely scared at what would happen if he did so, and each second that he was in there, the more real it became. What seemed to bring comfort was quickly taken away as he was pulled back to original positions. He whined in pain and it only caused them to tighten their grip on him and put his body in the position. Despite how heavy he made his body to be, it was no use, his muscles cried and his legs began the stinging pain once more. He was pathetic.

There was only one comfort, cold hands went to his mouth and removed the bind. His gag reflex automatically was triggered and he began to dry heave hoping he wouldn't just throw up on the floor. He regretted eating all that food before all of this. Despite the fact he was hungry now, his stomach twisted uncomfortably. Once his breathing was back he decided to do what they do in every movie, talk aloud.

"What do you want?!"

OOC: Assuming that with no note, you are open to anything being done with your character?


The group watching the boy could see that he was struggling with disorientation. It was highly likely in these situations, and it was nothing to be ashamed of. The stress position worked well too, with the boy falling sideways after a time to try and get some relief. Of course, nobody would let the boy have a moment to himself, because it was not part of the course and he was righted a moment later. Roughly, too, ensuring that the boy didn't think it was okay to slack off.

"What do you want?!"

"That is a very good question, young man." Came the soft, sweet voice of a woman in the room. Despite the young man not being able to see, she moved before him with something of a smirk on her lips. "How about we start with your name and your mission? Then we'll see about letting you rest." It was a small trick, playing with men's minds at the notion of a woman being in the room. It worked best when they'd been away from women for a while, but usually, most men deemed women harmless.

But the boy would soon see he was wrong if he fell for the bait.

OCC: Anything is fair game.

Conner had to admit that when he had finally been able to talk, he hadn't even recognized his voice. It had been so dry and raspy, like an old man. It seemed that no matter how much working out he'd done, and how fit he thought he was, this was definitely not something he had ever considered happening to him. It was silly, really, the way he didn't even think that this when it came to training. To him, an Auror was the equivalent to a detective than anything, at least in muggle terms, or a policeman. And perhaps he should have taken into consideration how things worked differently here. Typical of him, too stupid to even consider the multitude of possibilities.

A few moments after his words, a voice was heard replying. That was enough of a shocker; he hadn't expected anyone to say a thing to him, instead letting him wallow in silence. The silence had always been a bit of an annoyance, and for the time being it had been killer, but he'd take it at this very moment than experiencing this. A woman had been the voice. A voice that was sweet, soothing, and that somehow immediately made him tense up. A woman wasn't usually in these sort of situation; he wasn't trying to be sexist or a misogynist, but rather the tone was what made him wary. No one was sweet in a moment like this. Briefly he was reminded of the Holmes girl, who used sweetness to lure people into her web. Tensing up his brows furrowed at her line of questioning. He could feel her come closer, her shoes scraping the floor, and her perfume hitting his senses that had become shaper from losing others.

"How about we start with your name and your mission? Then we'll see about letting you rest."

"How about we flip that around?" he asked just as sweetly as she had replied to him. "Can't talk well if I'm not rested"

Like hell he was about to say anything. He didn't know much anyways, the video had now become a blur from the moment he was gagged and blinded. Now he just wanted to tip over like those cows.

A light chuckle left the witch's lips as she heard the compromise from the boy in question. Of course he would try and talk himself out of this, as if that were a possibility. "I don't think you understand how this works." She told him softly, one finger trailing down his cheek. A simple, light caress of his cheek as he lips pulled in to a smirk.

"You only get rewarded for telling me things, young man." The sweet tone continued, the soft click of heels moving away only a moment later. "Now, shall we start from the beginning, your name, if you will?" She asked again, sitting down on the chair just a metre away from where the boy sat.

"Or should I find a way to make you talk that will cause you more pain that you're already in?"

The laugh out of the woman's mouth made Conner even more uncomfortable. At the moment he would have preferred a man over this woman to interrogate him. She didn't seem frightening, and that was what scared him; the fact that a woman was controlling all of this and didn't show an extreme feeling but softness made him even more wary. He knew he wasn't the brightest, but he had a feel about these things.

I don't think you understand how this works." She told him softly

As she touched him he flinched and his neck snapped back to avoid her touch making him lose balance and tilt over once more. He'd rather not be touched by the woman, not knowing what would come of it.

"You only get rewarded for telling me things, young man." The sweet tone continued, the soft click of heels moving away only a moment later. "Now, shall we start from the beginning, your name, if you will?"

He furrowed his brows in annoyance because of her tone. The sickening sweet voice that was even more feminized by her heels. She was asking for something simple, maybe he could bullshit his way out of this.

"Conner Wolfe" he replied softly, "My name...are you happy now?"

The group in the room beside the interrogation room were watching closely, at the moment the boy was doing fine. Though, they knew this wasn't the difficult part of the course, just a taster, as it were.

"Conner Wolfe" he replied softly, "My name...are you happy now?"

Notes were written down in the room beside them, but the woman only tsked. "My dear boy, I wasn't born yesterday, false names get you no where." The voice rang through the room, like chimes on a windy day. And they were punctuated by a blow to the stomach that had come from no where. Magical in nature, designed to create a large amount of pain but no lasting effects on the body.

"We'll move on, shall we?" She asked, watching him intently. "What is your mission?" She asked, wand ready to repeat the action if need be.

This was a lot harder than he expected. He was growing tired, his muscles ached all the more, and he knew that this was basically him realizing that he wasn't as strong as he once believed. Lowering his head, he waited for her to answer, based on the silence after his supposed name, he knew he'd fucked up. He had no idea that he could sweat so much when the room was really cold, arching his back to get some kind of relief was short lived, especially as the silence ended.

"My dear boy, I wasn't born yesterday, false names get you no where."

Before he even had the chance to reply, he let out a wheeze as he was punched in the stomach. He had never really gotten hit in his life. A few tumbles here and there, but never enough to actually be in a position to be prevented from protecting himself. Groaning in pain, he felt the deep pain, nearly making him throw up. His body wretched, and bile nearly rose up his throat. He forced it back and lifted his head in defiance as the pain echoed through his body.

"What is your mission?"

Breathing heavily, he knew that this would only get harder. He wasn't going to just let the truth come out no matter how painful this was at the moment. He'd been trusted. His body leaned forward losing balance and his face his the ground again; he didn't even bother to move.

"I was just shadowing, if you wanted the mission details" he wheezed, "you should've kept him alive"
