The balconies were a blessing, at least that's how Gillian felt as she made her way up to the one that overlooked the main ballroom and took seat at one of the tables; she sipped a vanilla milkshake and bit small pieces of pizza as she looked at the couples dancing and made fun of their awkwardness.

There was nothing she disliked more than those love-y silly couples making eyes are each other, or worse, kissing while dancing; it made her want to stop eating her delicious pizza; but staying at her common room all alone wasn't really an appealing thought. So she had put on one of those girly dresses her mother insisted she should have, a pair of converse, and made a really quick updo she had learned the year before, to look somewhat decent, and made her way to the ballroom. So now, she found herself bored, a bit disgusted at the couples and trying to think of how she could amuse herself for a couple of minutes.

Suddenly she remembered that she had bought these awesome magical water balloons at a prank shop in Salem the last time she went there with her parents, that made the person's hair turn a crazy shade of colour and turn every few minutes during a whole hour. She dashed to her room and came back with a couple of said bombs.

As she was sitting on the balcony, she spotted the princess miss sunshine dancing with a really good looking boy, and her eyes light up with mischief. Taking out one of the balloons, she hoovered it above the couple dancing and tried to aim it at the girl in a magenta dress, and once she was sure it was going to land on said girl, she let it fall; with such bad luck, that they spun in the last minute and the balloon fell on top of the boy.

Letting out a groan, she tried to turn around and look and inconspicuous as possible and kept on eating her pizza with a small grin that she tried to keep it as small as possible.

Tess knew it was proper what she was doing, but her feet were hurting and she didn't want to take advantage of the second ballroom to remove her shoes. So at the moment she was taking advantage of a trick she had learned from a very young age. Hiding. Unintentionally of course, but she took advantage of night time to lean against the railing. It allowed itself to be wide enough for her to not only sit, but could fit another person. Her bare feet were stretched out, and she wiggled them to get some feeling in them. Dancing, walking, laughing, all of it was slowly tiring her out. Her precious white heels were perched nicely beside her hand as she took advantage of the view from Salem.

She wasn't purposely snooping when she saw a young girl who looked like she had trouble on her mind. She started off innocently enough, just drinking her drink, but that sure escalated. Magical water balloons soon appeared and she lifted her brow as she began to take aim. Curiosity got the best of her and she slipped on her heels, with some annoyance and walked towards her.

"Up to trouble I see? Even in a night like this?" She asked curiously.

Victoria was dancing with Darron. The boy was another Hogwarts student that Victoria had never met, but his mannerisms were amazing. He was telling her throughout the dance just how beautiful Hogwarts was and how much he enjoyed certain subjects. The witch could only find herself nodding along as they span around the dance floor together.

They were just in the middle of a debate on the way Professor Holmes taught when out of no where a water bomb dropped on Darron's head. The witch's eyes went huge at this, taking half a step back from him. The witch looked horrified as his hair began to change colours, and she turned, looking around for the source of the commotion.

To be perfectly honest, the witch had absolutely no idea who would do such a thing, but not a moment later, she was pulling the boy towards the bathroom so that he could tidy himself up. Honestly, on such a beautiful night, who would think of doing such things? What had Darron done to deserve such things?

Because not for a moment did Victoria even begin to consider it would be her who was the prime target.
