The way that the girl carried herself let Zaire know she was nervous, and he let out a soft chuckle at this. It wasn't a harsh one, but he hoped that the accompanying smile would let her know that it was nothing to be afraid of. The Minister's smile often had a calming effect. He followed in behind the girl and sat across from her, straightening his tie and rolling his sleeves up, the dragon just peaking out through the bottom.
"Now, Miss Arendelle. Let's get down to business," he started, taking out the usual interview form and dipping his quill in the ink, his semi-legible writing printing her name at the top of the form. "Tell me a little bit about yourself. Any work experience, qualifications, strengths and weaknesses. The usual interview kind of stuff." He had dropped his formal voice and had instead reverted to a casual, friendly tone to ease her nerves.
