Personality: Scarlett Waters is a quiet girl, who is very sarcastic and has a very dry sense of humour. She loves reading and writing and playing quidditch in her spare time. She does however have a fierce temper, finds it hard to back down from a challenge (though generally, people don't bother her with any challenges because she doesn't look for trouble) and likes debating until the other person relents. She's generally smart and usually gets what she wants. However, a bit awkward when it comes to romance.
Background: Scarlett Waters found out she was a witch at eleven years old, due to being born of a muggle family. She went to a muggle school until she was accepted to Hogwarts and excelled at English and Science. She lived in a London home with her father, mother and younger sister, who unfortunately never received her letter.
There have been times during her stay at Hogwarts where she has been a target from purebloods, mainly just blood prejudice but she never lets it get to her. She doesn't see how people could get offended so easily. While she defends herself, it doesn't affect her personally.

Elizabeth met Frederick at school, high school sweet hearts and still very much in love. Their relationship started out complicated, both had partners when they got together. That didn't last long when both realised how much they did like each other, and so decided to go public.
They married young and had two daughters, Lucy and Scarlett. Lucy is the more troublesome of the two, due to just pure jealousy of her sister and her magical abilities. Which definitely causes tension between the sister. Scarlett hates this, she misses being close with her, as she was those years ago before she turned eleven, but Lucy tends to push her away when she is home in favour of her own friends.
