Personality: She's confident she can do anything she sets her mind to, but she's quite lazy as well. She can be quite a bitch, but once you get to know her... well, she's still a bitch, but she loves you and doesn't want to punch you in the face. At least not all the time.
Background:
Helen went to Hogwarts, where she met and befriended Theseus Capulet. She was a Slytherin, but despite the prejudice, she didn't get in any serious trouble. A few pranks, here and there, but nothing so major she would be expelled or something. She kept her grades decent enough so that her Father wouldn't bug her.
After school, she trained to be a Healer on her parents' wishes, but that didn't really work out and after a year, she stopped trying. She had some relatives in Spain, so she moved there and bought out a pub with her Father's money. Business is going well and the place got a reputation in the years Helen's lived there.
She loves living there and managing a pub, even if her days mostly consist of smoking and dealing with annoying drunk people. A few months ago, her best friend from school and his sister moved there as well and Helen is really happy about that.

Family Background:
Nina and Arthur Masters met at The Ministry where they both had boring (but important) jobs and they fell in love. They had a child together and named the little girl Helen, after Nina's Great Aunt. They were quite rich and wanted the best for their daughter. They decided together that Helen would make a good Healer. When that didn't work out and she wanted to move to Spain, they were outraged and insulted. After a while, however, they accepted their daughter's life choices and Arthur showed his support by buying out a pub for her.
Nina works in the Department of International Magical Cooperation and Arthur works in the Department of Magical Transport.
