The final lesson of the day was a revision section of the DADA course. Jake was quite sure that they were almost there with their studies, so going back over the basics would be an important step. Clearing the room of desks and chairs, the professor flicked his wand towards the board and the words "Disarming Charm".

Sitting atop his desk, Jake waited to see who was going to come to the class first.

Diem walked inside DADA and saw that she was once again the first student there again. Diem mentally shrugged it off and walked fully into the room. "Hello Jake, how are you?" She asked trying to be polite. The Nightshade looked at the board and saw that their lesson would be on the disarming charm that day. Diem knew that this would be easy.

It seemed that every class Thana went to she was trailing Diem, not that she minded at all. Thana liked the head girl and respected her, walking in almost every class just after her made Thana feel almost like a stalker though.

Walking in she quickly read the board and got excited, hopefully disarming charms meant that they would get to work in pairs. Something Thana actually started to like the idea of. She was just about to acknowledge the Professor like she did all others then she remembered that Jake simply liked being called that. " Hello Jake." Thana said, placing her bag down. After their private lessons where she had finally managed a non corporeal Patronus, she was pumped to continue with DADA, " Diem." She also acknowledged, waiting for class to begin.

Apollo walked to his next class which just so happened to be DADA, Jake was a good Professor for the class and he was glad to be there for that. The Nightshade walked into the classroom and saw once again that Diem and Thana were in the room along with Jake. "Hey Jake, Diem, and Thana" he greeted to them. He walked towards the two girls and waited for the class to begin.

This class used to be cool but it got completely boring and out of style, Henley walked inside and had to hold back a cringe when she saw the people that were inside. This school really needed some better students and staff, that is all she is saying. The Nightshade walked fully inside and waited for Jake to begin his boring lesson of the day. Henley looked at her newly polished black fingernails for some entertainment while she waited.

Jareth arrived to DADA, ready for another lesson. "Jake." he acknowledged, instead of his usual greeting that had cost him points last lesson. He put his bag down and waited for the class to begin, taking a place next to his sister and waiting.

Annie arrived at Defense Against the Dark Arts and saw that once again Jake would be teaching again, she was glad for that because he actually knew what he was doing if you asked her. The Nightshade happily walked fully in and greeted her Professor. "Hi Jake" she looked behind him to see what lesson would be taught and was happy with what she saw, now all she had to do was wait.

With the class filled with students, Jake decided to start the lesson. Standing from his desk, Jake clapped his hands once for attention. "Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome back to DADA."

Looking around to make sure he had everyone's attention, Jake continued. "Today we will be revising the Disarming Charm. It might seem trivial, but it will be one of many spells that comes up in your N.E.W.T.S. Let's begin with reminding ourselves what the spell does, the incantation, and any other relevant information. One point each, please."

Michelle listened what professor Jake said and thought about spell before she could speak up.a "It is a defensive charm which will force the victim to release whatever they were holding at the time you are tsing it. It could be even wand," she said there now. She hoped it was right answer now there. She could remember very easily wrong spell too.

Diem listened to Jake as he began his class and she was about to answer his question when but Michelle answered it so she decided that she'd answer a different question since Michelle answered a different one. "The incantation for this spell is Expelliamus" Diem answered for Jake, she remembered doing this spell before and was glad she knew what to do for this lesson.

Jake listened to the answers given and smiled warmly towards the two witches that had spoken. "Well done, both of you, that is correct." Jake told the two of them. "Take five points for your respected houses."

Jake the turned his attention back to the rest o the room and spoke again. "Okay, so today you should be able to do this, we will be practicing on each other. You're allowed to use only this spell and Protego. Try to disarm each other but nothing more. Pair up and have a go, I'll move around to see how you get on. Diem pair with Thana. Apollo with Jareth. Henley with Annie and Michelle."

With that, Jake waved them off to have a go at the spell.

Diem looked to Thana and walked over to her with her wand in hand. "Well hello partner" she greeted her fellow witch. The Nightshade hasn't really had a chance to talk to Thana really, but she has heard a lot about her from Apollo when they have conversations in their own private Common Room. "So would you like to start? Or shall I?" Diem asked, either one didn't matter to Diem, she was completely ready for anything right about now.

Annie wasn't really too sure about working with her fellow Nightshade, she had heard a lot of terrible things about the girl and knew that she needed to try and stay on the girl's good side. Annie was anything but a fighter, she didn't like that kind of violence. The Nightshade shook herself from her thoughts and joined the two girls she was paired with. "Hello" she greeted to Michelle and Henley.

Thana listened as she was paired with Diem, though they weren't extremely close Thana knew of her and had spoken with her on multiple occasions. "Hello Diem." she acknowledged as the Head Girl walked over.

So would you like to start? Or shall I?"

"You can try first." Thana agreed, gesturing that she could start when she was ready. Thana wasn't the best at DADA by any means, but was willing to give anything a go.
