It was a beautiful night, and Thana decided to make the most of it. Happily climbing up the floors to the top floor, the rooftop. She knew that Jupiter would be passing by, and making a blood moon appear. She also knew it was going to be later than normally allowed so she made the most of her Prefect status and had agreed to take the night shift, mainly so she could observe for the night.
Watching the stars was beautiful, Thana got lots of beautiful photo's as well. She especially loved the Blood Moon, and made sure to get as many photos of it as possible. It was almost one in the morning, and Thana knew that no one was supposed to be out this late except her. So when she heard someone coming up the stairs she immediately was on alert, but didn't move from her spot. Instead she waited for whoever it was to come up.
Finally, the figure came to the top of the stairs. Thana froze momentarily, before recognizing who it was. "Aragorn, you are not supposed to be out of your dorm." she told him, "I'm going to have to ask you return immediately before I have to remove points." Thana warned, wondering why he would even be out this late.
I am sorry, I just wanted to observe the Blood Moon came his reply, that only made Thana even more confused. She knew that he wasn't interested in Astronomy, telling him so. "Aragorn you aren't interested in Astronomy."
You're right. You got me.'' He answered, walking closer to her. "Then why are you out here so late?'' Thana asked, taking a step back. She knew he wouldn't try hurt her, or so she hoped.
The truth is, I wanted to speak to you. Came the admission from the older boy, Thana was confused. "You have all day to speak to me. Why wait until one in the morning?" she asked the boy.
Because I wanted to ask how long you can keep your secret going. I know who you are." For a brief moment Thana was scared, but kept her posture. "Aragorn I am going to have to-hey!" she said, getting pushed against the wall by Aragorn.
You can hide your secrets well, but not well enough ShadowBane he said, before letting her go and stepping back.
Goodnight Miss Semele." Aragorn told Thana, before going back down the stairs and leaving her.
Thana didn't know what to think, after Aragorn left. For the first time in a while she was scared, she didn't know what Aragorn knew. So far he had only said her old family name, but even that was enough to have her worried. It wasn't the first time he had made a point of speaking to her away from everyone, often when she walked through corridors by herself he would speak to her. Saying things that left her confused, quietly she packed up her photography and astronomy gear. Calling it a night, a Belladonna prefect would be taking the next few hours. Hastily Thana walked to her common room, closing the door behind her and going to her room she shared with Michelle. She tried to get some sleep, but ended up only getting bursts and fits of sleep. Early in the morning she wrote a letter to the Alchemy Professor, saying she would no longer be able to tutor Aragorn. Then went back to her fitful sleep.
