Aragorn had been following all her hints and signs like a bug towards light, and Janique couldn't have asked for a better game. Everything was going according to plan - and perhaps even better than she had hoped for - as they headed down the streets. The shops here were mostly boring, save per the sweet shop, but she had already gotten her supply of candy the previous day, not that Aragorn needed to know that.
It was almost noon, and as they continued down the road, she felt her stomach give a grumble of complaint; she had skipped lunch to come down to Greenswitch. A game, she knew, took priority over almost everything. Except Callum, she added mentally, because Merlin knew that game-gone-wrong had become her weakness, the one game she had won and yet somehow lost, and the one game that had changed her world. Spotting the Magic McDonald's on her left, she smiled to herself before turning to the boy next to her. "Do you want to get something to eat?" she asked.
