Ok so Ingrid is a very cruel young lady, and im thinking she needs a little clique of two or three girls or boys to be her "mean girls" of Hogwarts and basically go around thinking their all that and being mean to others. Ingrid doesn't have to be the ringleader of the group either.

Or secondly Ingrid is happy to fly solo as a mean girl she just needs someone who can be her enemy or someone who she always is mean to and bullies

I can offer you Victoria as a person to bully. She's not so good at noticing the subtle kind of bullying (bless her), but she may misconstrue attention as friendship.
