Full Name: Amalia Kathryn Grayson
Birthdate: 19th October
Age: 25
Country of Origin: England
Current Home: Leeds, England / Her family's Villa in the Alacante province of Spain.
General appearance: Blonde hair to her shoulder blades, grey eyes, slightly sunkissed skin.
Special Features: Tattoo of a crow's footprint in the center of her right palm.
Blood purity: Halfblood
Sexual alignment: Asexual, heteroromantic.
Wand Type: Stelmužė Oak, 13 inches, phoenix feather. The only one of it's kind; from Lithuania.

Sorted into Ravenclaw house upon arrival at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Amalia can only be described as creative. She is very intelligent, highly ranked amongst her peers for grades, but honesty isn't one of her biggest traits. She doesn't lie, per se, but she has been known to give her own version of the truth.

At 23:36  on the 19th of October 1988, after but thirty seven minutes of her mother's labour, Amalia Grayson took her first breath. She was very healthy, weighing in at 8lbs 4oz and measuring up at 16 inches. After making sure that everything was in order with both mother and baby, they were allowed back to their family home.

Growing up was a breeze; Amalia was taught how to speak Lithuanian, Spanish and English fluently, as well as how to count, read and write. She would watch the television for an hour a day, maximum, and play at the park down the road with the other children. She was raised amongst the magical community and her first toy was a model broomstick that she would ride around her house at odd hours in the morning, shrieking with laughter.

But then the year 1997 came, and with it came the start of a terrible war. Amalia and her family fled at the first precautionary warning, using both parents' life savings to buy a Spanish Villa where they were relatively safe until the oldest of the three girls, Amalia herself, was ten years old, which was two years later. They moved back to their old home, which was thankfully undestroyed and standing just as glorious as it always had been.

All three sisters were sorted into different houses upon arrival at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Amalia, a proud Ravenclaw. Kiera, a Hufflepuff and Valerie, a Gryffindor. In her school days, Amalia and the other people in her dormitory became the closest circle of friends that she could ever hope for.

In their fifth year, they started a small school newsletter that they initially kept to the Ravenclaw house, something the teachers were never told about but became increasingly popular. They would discuss important matters that were happening outside of the walls of Hogwarts as well as what was happening within; any gossip they deemed important and their opinions on school matters. The idea was such a hit that the next year, they decided that they would distribute it to the other houses too.

It was in these days that Amalia discovered where her true calling laid; in Jornalism. She wanted to write, to tell people what she thought and felt and what was happening. She didn't want to just state what everyone knew, she wanted to tell people things they needed to know. Upon graduation, she got an apprenticeship at the Daily Prophet, where after two years she became a field reporter and a gossip columnist, much favouring the latter. Amalia now serves as the Opinions Editor for the paper.

Mother: Patricia Bradt-Grayson / 53 / Living / Halfblood
Father: Lawrence Grayson / 57 / Living / Halfblood
Siblings: Kiera Grayson / 22 / Living / Halfblood
Valerie Grayson / 20 / Living / Halfblood

Family Background;
The Bradt family originate from Lithuania, where Patricia often took her children on holiday so they could know of their family heritage. A few generations before Patricia entered the world, they were purebloods, but never big on all of the traditional stuff. They lived how they lived, and while they weren't popular for it, no-one could do anything for that was how they were.

The Graysons, on the other hand, have lived in England for as long as anyone can remember. They were pureblooded once upon a time, but two sons and three daughters married into halfblood families a long while ago and since, Grayson has become a halfblood name to hold.

Patricia and Lawrence met through work. They were both Hit Wizards, and were paired on an assignment together. The two were friends, at first, and their relationship was not only platonic but extremely professional. Then, on another mission that they were put together for, Patricia was completely knocked out cold and after the arrest was made, Lawrence took her and waited with her in St Mungo's until she was deemed fit to be discharged. He would hold her hand and kiss her forehead every night as she slept, willing for his partner to be okay.
