Katherine was 100% focused on her class and not her at home drama. Katherine wasn't sure if the kids would get this lesson down but she was going to try it and hopefully it did work. As she walked into her classroom and with a flick of her wand the desks magically stocked up and was pushed into the corner of the room along with the chairs. The blonde's lesson involved them standing and a lot of concentration. She just hoped it went well with the Seize and Pull lesson.

Skye dragged himself into the Charms class, by sheer force of will. He would just collapse into a desk once he made it inside. Or at least that what he thought, until he walked in and saw there were no desks. Skye almost cried, he really did, it was one of his last classes, and he was just plain exhausted. Skye nodded to the professor and collapsed-but-would-never-actually-admit-that's-what-happened into a corner. If someone asked he would say...something, he didn't care, he would make something up later. He sleepily laid his head back and just sat.

Charms wasn't an exciting class for Violet. But she went anyway because it would help her marks. She walked into the classroom and noticed first the lack of tables and chairs, then Skye Summers slumped in the corner "What's up with you?" she asked him from where she was standing, not bothered or concerned enough to walk over and ask him as she dropped her bag at the back wall.

Natasha loved charms and was excited for class to commence. She walked happily through the halls, ready for an awesome lesson. She noticed when she entered the classroom that the tables and chairs had been moved, and then the Hufflepuff boy slumped in the corner. She wasn't sure what was wrong, he looked exhausted though. She looked over at him sympathetically before she went over "Are you alright?" she asked.

Skye wasn't sleeping! He swears, He Wasn't Sleeping! ...Ok, he might have been sleeping a little, but the two girls questions woke him up, and he definitely didn't jump! Well, he might have jumped a little.
Looking over at the concerned and not so concerned faces of the two girls he kinda smiled.
"I just got released from the Hospital Wing, uhh," Skye thought, what day had he actually been released, "I think it was 2 days ago. They told me to take it easy, but didn't tell me it would take all the energy I posses to walk class to class," Skye chuckled a bit, he wasn't upset necessarily, just very very very tired.
"Do we even use half these rooms?!" Skye joked.

Although he wasn't exactly used to the whole idea of owning and using a wand, Brooke had advised that he take charms just so he knew some basics. If he still didn't like the whole spell business, then he could always just drop the class the next year. It had been a fair suggestion, and Tristan found himself walking into the charms classroom, slightly unsure of himself.

"Hello Professor," he greeted, before moving to the side of the class and towards the Ravenclaw that he had met in Muggle Studies. She seemed nice, and he didn't mind making a new friend. "Hello," he said shyly, smiling at her, and then turned to the boy she was with and repeated his phrase.

Katherine watched as her younger years filled her classroom and she waited a few minutes before she decided to begin her class. "Hello and welcome back to Charms, so for today we will be learning the Seize and pull charm and since the name says it all I would like two different students to give me one helpful way this Charm can be used. So two students please give me one way" Katherine explained her lesson for the day.

Natasha listened as the teacher introduced the lesson, and posed the question to the class, and she pondered for a moment. Seize and pull charm, well, it was pretty obvious what it could be used for. She answered "I suppose, if there's something really heavy that you can't shift physically, you can use the spell to shift it," She couldn't really think of another use besides that.

Skye figured he needed to participate somehow, since his physical participation might be difficult.
"Uh, if you wanted to get something away from someone else you could use that charm, or I guess if you wanted to stop someone, seize them and pull them to you?"
Skye knew that was basically what had already been said, but in reverse. He hoped that would be sufficient. The injured boy wanted to be able to use this charm, but he feared the magical force needed to pull something would be too much for his weary state.

Kedzie knew she was late for Charms and she needed to get there before she really got into trouble from the Professor. Kedzie was sprinting towards the classroom, she hates when people get upset with her because than that just means that she did something really wrong. When she finally reached the classroom she caught her breath before walking in. "I apologize for being late" Kedzie apologized.

Katherine listened to both Natasha and Skye answer her question, they were both right because those did come in handy. "Correct both of you, ten points each" Katherine gave out points. She was about to speak again when another student came in and was late for class. "Its completely alright Kedzie, you didn't miss much" Katherine reassured the young girl. "Okay so for today I would like you to partner up and practice this charm. Seize and pull your partner closer to you. There is no incantation but there is a wand movement, do it correctly and it shall work" Katherine instructed. The blonde moved her wand counterclockwise and looked at her students. "That is the movement, please begin."

Skye looked around the class trying to find a good partner. Seeing Triatan Skye figured he would be a good person to work with.
He approached the other boy.
"Hey Tristan, wanna work together?"
He didn't know the boy that well, but was great friends with Brooke. Hopefully the siblings will be similar. Skye missed Brooke, she'd been acting weird lately, and Skye didn't know how to help her, or what he could do. Maybe Tristan would know. Skye figured he might ask while they were working.

Violet groaned audibly at knowing she'd have to do more group work. Honestly, almost every class had damned group work, and Violet couldn't stand it! She'd noticed an odd number of people in the class, so instead of seeking something out, or working in threes, she decided on just making it easier for herself and working alone.

She walked over to one of the stacks of chairs in the corner of the room, but then she noted that the Professor said there was no incantation "Are you sure about that, Professor?" she turned to look back at her "There's no incantation? Because I could swear that I came across Carpe Retractum while reading, and it's supposed to be the incantation for it," she gave a slight little shrug.

Natasha noticed Skye asking Tristan to work with him, and the Hufflepuff girl moving to work on her own, and then questioning the teacher about something that she wasn't bothered to listen to, so she approached the other Ravenclaw girl "Hi, I don't think we've met, I'm Natasha," she was softly spoken "We should work together," she said to her.

Kedzie had no idea who she could partner up with but when a fellow Ravenclaw approached her, Kedzie smiled. "Its nice to meet you Natasha, mine name is Kedzie and of course, I'd love to be your partner" Kedzie agreed. "Would you like to go first or shall I?"

Katherine was wondering if one of her students would catch on that this spell does in fact have an incantation and was glad Violet caught on. "10 points Violet for catching on to what I wanted to know. You see I wanted to test to see who has been paying attention and obviously Violet has. As for this, I would like you to do it without the incantation because it will be a better surprise attack if your opponent doesn't know what spell you're doing" Katherine cleared that up. "Violet join either the boys or girls, I didn't realize we had an uneven class."

"I'm one of the only ones to pay attention," she murmured after the Professor's acknowledgement. Fair enough, she wanted them to learn how to do it non-verbally, it was a higher order skill. She aimed her wand to one of the stacks of chairs.

"Violet join either the boys or girls, I didn't realize we had an uneven class."

"Prefer not to," she murmured as she concentrated on pulling the stack forward, causing it to topple over with the sudden movement. She greatly preferred working on her own. She turned to another stack and concentrated again on the Charm.

When Violet said how she preferred to work by herself, Katherine let her. She knew what it was like for students around her age to work alone, she even saw older students do the same thing. "Okay, I will accept that, proceed" Katherine took a seat at her desk ans watched her students perform their spells. Katherine had to admit that so far from what she's seen that her students were doing good.

She gave the girl a small smile when she agreed to be her partner.

"Would you like to go first or shall I?"

"I'll go first," she said and walked a few feet away from the girl to ready herself. She aimed her wand at her, making sure she was ready also as she concentrated on the motion, and then she cast the spell straight at Kedzie, hoping that it worked.

Kedzie nodded at her fellow Ravenclaw when she agreed to go first. The young girl wasn't nervous so she just stood there waiting for the spell to take hold. Kedzie watched as her fellow Ravenclaw perform the spell and before she knew it, she was in front of the other girl and grinned when her fellow Ravenclaw got it right. "Good job" Kedzie said before she walked back to her normal spot and turned to the other Ravenclaw.

Kedzie pointed her wand at the girl and performed the spell. She hoped it worked.

Natasha allowed a small smile when she saw her spell work on the girl, and pulled her forward. She readied herself as the girl returned to her position and cast the spell. She let it hit her and felt herself being pulled towards her, until she was right in front of Kedzie "Good job," she grinned at her.

Katherine watched as Violet worked alone, it would make things easier but Katherine always thought it was best to work with a partner but she wouldn't stop Violet from doing something she wanted to do. Her green eyes then found Natasha and Kedzie and watched their progress. They looked like they knew what they were doing as did Violet. She looked at the time and saw it was time to wrap class up. "Okay, good work today, I hope to see you back for the next lesson, bye guys" she dismissed them.
