Rosalinda was glad to be back and ready to tackle down the lesson that she had planned. She wasn't going to have them writing again but she was going to need to set some ground rules before starting the lesson she had planned. It was based on shooting arrows out of the tip of ones wand and she trusted her students she really did but she needed to take precaution and the only way to do that was for them to go over some rules Rosalinda sat back and waited for her class to arrive.

Another lesson of Transfiguration and Victoria was most definitely looking forward to it. Hopefully they would get to be hands on with the lesson again today, because Victoria found that much more fun than reading her book. She could read her book on her own, but practical magic was always better when it was being supervised.

Skipping down the hall, Victoria pushed the door open before moving to her seat at the front, giving the witch at the front of the class a smile. "Good morning, professor!" Victoria chimed as she sat down, pulling out everything she needed from her bag. "I hope you had a good Christmas!" The witch added.

Brayden wasn't at all stunned when he saw a familiar Wormwood in the class before him, he has always seen this girl in the classes that combine with her year and knew she was someone who was smart. Brayden really could careless if he was smart or not, he tried and that is all that matters to him and everyone around him... well mostly everyone. Brayden sighed and walked further into the classroom. "Hello ladies" he greeted. He didn't see Ares anywhere and was hoping the boy came along soon so he could have his friend to talk to.

Their last Transfiguration lesson, despite having been completely theory work, had actually been quite fun. The young Wormwood had to think, then, about what really represented her as a person and the idea of turning into an animagus was something she had been pondering since. She knew that the magic was difficult, but there was no doubting the girl's intelligence; it came from her parents, after all, both of whom were very smart themselves. Isabelle had decided to leave the idea for a few years until she knew she was fully capable, though, and only then would she try.

"Good morning, Professor!" The words were in the black haired girl's usual sing-song, cheery tone, a warm smile on her face as she sat herself down. "Hi Victoria, hey Brayden. Did you enjoy your holidays? I forgot to ask the both of you," she enquired politely, mentally slapping herself for having let the question slip her mind before now.

Aphrodite walked into Transfiguration and was a little stunned to not see her younger brother there, Aphrodite didn't know if Ares was skipping class or he was simply just running late. The blonde sighed but kept up her happy mood and smile and walked fully into the classroom. "Hi" Aphrodite greeted to everyone that was there. She was never a mean person so she never ever walked into a place without saying hi.

Callum made his way to the Transfiguration classroom for the lesson. And when he got there, he was thankful to see that a particular student wasn't in the class, for the moment at least, and he walked to to his seat, taking out his books and quills, all his things and readying himself for the lesson.

As usual, Gillian didn't arrive first, but that didn't really bothered her, as long as she wasn't late for class, and today, she happened to be on time. When she arrived to the classroom, the girl noticed that there were a few older students and cringed internally; not really one to be extremely outgoing, she dreaded classes where there were even older students, for she felt completely stupid next to them.

Sighing, she walked over to a desk near the front and sat down without a word. Taking out her parchment and quill as was now her routine, Gillian started doodling on the right top of the parchment while she waited for the class to begin.

Jaden walked into the class and saw that she wasn't late, at least the professor did not start yet and she was glad. Jaden just found a seat and sat down and then take out all her books to get ready for the lesson. She kenw she has to make her parents and Sadie proud so she has to study hard for this year. She also knew she had to do something about hr rose shop because she had grown many roses and winter was a good time for them to grow.

Ares hurried to the classroom of Transfiguration, he didn't really want to be late because he actually enjoyed his time in the class, the Professor was a good Professor and she was hot as well so that was a plus, all the female Professors were but he mostly liked Professor Reese because there was something about her. Ares entered the classroom and was absolutely relieved to not be late, he took a spot next to Aphrodite since he wasn't at odds with his sister.

As she walked into the class she saw a few familiar faces, and for a brief moment found herself taking a step towards Callum. With a slight shake of her head, she realized what she was doing and frowned. What was wrong with her? It must have been because the game was so intense, she thought to herself.

Hoping he hadn't seen her movements, she turned away from him and towards an empty seat near the front. Sitting down, she removed her writing materials and set them on the table.

Rosalinda watched the good turn out of her younger years, she really trusted them with this spell and hoped that they got it down and were extremely careful with this, she didn't want anyone getting their eyes poked out. She knew there was no going back so she settled with this and hoped and prayed she wouldn't regret this. The vampire smiled at her students and decided to begin her class. "Hello everyone and welcome back, today we will be going over the arrow shooting spell. I really hope you're all mature to handle this spell. Before anyone asks no you will not hit it at one another because that is dangerous but you will be shooting your arrows at these targets" Rosalinda conjured up targets for each student and had them lined up at the front of the room.

"Please stand at least twelve feet away from the target and concentrate on what you want to do. Keep your wand pointed straight at the target, you will not get extra points for hitting bullseye so don't think that, please begin" Rosalinda gestured for her students to get their target practice on.

Brayden was a little shocked with the lesson but he was the student and Professor Reese was the Professor, he was to do what she asked him to do. Brayden picked one of the targets and stood twelve feet away from it, he raised his wand and took a deep breath, he didn't want to hurt anyone with the arrows he was supposed to shoot out his wand. Brayden simply looked at the target and thought about what he wanted to do. Next thing he knew an arrow shot out of his wand and hit just right above the bullseye.

Aphrodite couldn't help but think the lesson they were learning that day was dangerous, but it made her feel good. Aphrodite knew that this meant that Professor Reese trusted them all with this assignment and Aphrodite would never take advantage of that. She stepped in front of one if the targets and made sure she was twelve feet away. She pointed her wand at a random spot at the target and thought about what she wanted to do and did the correct hand movement and watched as an arrow shot out of the top of her wand and hit a random spot on the target. Aphrodite didn't care if it hit the bullseye or not, it was not a competition.

Victoria listened to the professor explain what she wanted them to do and she smiled slightly. Jake had had a bow and arrow kit when he was younger and when they went down to their secret place, he would show her how to shoot the target that he had. It was only a plastic suction set, but Victoria knew that in the Muggle manned she could do this.

Moving to the target as they were told, Victoria stood sideways how Jake had always taught her too. Dueling and this weren't so different, make yourself a small target and all that. Taking out her wand, Victoria studied the target, knowing where she was aiming for. Just aim, take a breath, hold.... Fire!

An arrow loosed itself from her wand and Victoria grinned as it sailed straight in to the bullseye and through the target. Victoria looked slightly startled at the power she'd put in to it, but that simply meant her magic was strong. A good sign if the witch had ever seen one.

Arrows?! Yes! This was a lesson Ares was going to enjoy very much. He appreciates the lessons taught to him but this was by far the best one he was ever going to learn. Ares walked over to a target that wasn't being occupied and pointed his wand at the target. He made the correct hand movement and watched as an arrow shot out and hit the bullseye. He grinned because he had hit the middle on the first try.

In all honesty, Gillian was disappointed that they weren't shooting at other people. There were some pretty stupid ones that could use an injury or two, but she acknowledged the importance of starting with the basics when shooting at targets. the problem was that if they got better, there wouldn't be injuries on stupid people, and it was a shame.

Walking slowly, she stood in front of one of the free targets while her other classmates were already firing the arrows. She watched as miss-perfect-at-everything hit the target and bulls eye. It annoyed her to no end, seeing how everyone else was apparently perfect at everything... seriously, why would they come to school if they were all so perfect already? maybe it was just to make regular people like herself feel inadequate.

Sighing, she raised her wand, spread her feet a bit to get some balance, and looking straight at the center of the target, she pictured an arrow flying off of her wand towards the target. Just like she imagined, an arrow left her wand as soon as she flicked it, and flew in direction of the target; but because of her flicking her wand, the arrow didn't quite reached it, in fact, it landed closer to the target on the right.

With a frustrated grunt and a frown, Gillian wondered in what exact moment of the flick should she picture and will the arrow to fly from her wand, to make it hit the target, for she wasn't even trying to hit the bulls eye, just getting the right target would be enough for her. She decided to keep on firing arrows to the target, trying to rationalize all the things she was doing and in what moment she was doing them, making small variations in some of the steps. That made her eventually hit the target every time, but still there was a long way to go before she could hit dead center.

Rosalinda watched as her students either got it right on the dot or were close to it. Her students always were ones who paid close attention and always did as she asked them to do without question. Rosalinda couldn't help but be proud of her young years. She looked at the clock on her desk and sighed. It was time to wrap up her class. "Okay guys that is it for today, to those who participated great job, those who didn't better luck next time. I will see you all again, bye everyone."
